Biography

My career to date has spanned academic and biotechnology research, research funding, the monitoring and evaluation of scientific research, research strategy and policy, with significant time also focused on establishing meaningful partnerships.
As the Director, my team and I will endeavor to shape and drive KAUST research. We will achieve this through: maintaining research excellence, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, evaluate and enhance KAUST Research.
I believe in bringing science to the forefront of human society, I am passionate in what I do and considerate to my time and place.
