Biography

Saud Alfaadhel is the CEO of Academy 32. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked in a number of leadership tasks related to the field of building and empowering human capabilities at the national level in many government agencies and the non-profit sector. He also contributed to establishing many initiatives to support entrepreneurs, future leaders, and researchers.

Saud gained his bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. He also received master’s degree in Total Quality Management and Ph.D. in Strategic Entrepreneurship degrees from the Bradford University.
