Worked in SPA to develop local strategic partnerships with several entities, She also dedicated to create projects that contribute to achieve the strategic goals of SPA, including the SPA Scientific Portal project.

Rahaf Al-Harbi worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in strategic affairs of planning and development on the diplomatic programs and initiatives, in addition to her role in the Committee of Ambassadors of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. She was also trained at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Australia in political and economic affairs, media and cultural affairs.

She also worked in the private sector in many fields including market analysis, operations management, supply chains and logistics.

She participated in several social responsibilities and public diplomacy, in addition to the international cultural exchanging programs in Europe, and conducted several meetings for professional development and public diplomacy in Germany and Sweden.
