Biography

Abdulaziz Alorainy received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, in 2010, the M.A.Sc. degree from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, in 2012 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Kelowna, BC, Canada, in 2017. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Future Generation Connectivity and Wireless Sensors Research Institute at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His research interests include green communications, cross-layer design and performance analysis, and communications QoS.
